Youth For Good+: Empowering Teens to Stand Up, Not Stand By

Singaporean youths today face more subtle, yet dangerous pressures, from peer bullying to underage vaping. We’re equipping them with the tools to lead, resist, and intervene.

A growing risk profile

Youth-on-youth harm is rising and shifting. What used to be visible (fights, shouting) is now digital, discreet, and harder to intervene in. At the same time, underage vaping has surged across schools in Singapore.

Online Bullying is Rising

1 in 2 teens in Singapore have witnessed or experienced bullying—often through group chats, exclusion or social shaming.

(MOE Youth Survey, 2022)

Vaping is the New Normal

Over 25% of youth aged 13–17 have tried e-cigarettes, often starting through peer influence.

(HPB, 2023)

Most think it’s harmless, despite it being illegal and linked to long-term addiction.

Bystander Silence is Dangerous

Teens don’t know how to speak up without becoming targets themselves.

Teachers and parents can’t be everywhere, peer leadership is key.

Youth For Good+: A 6-month Peer Leadership Journey

We work with teens aged 12–16 to help them:

✅ Spot early signs of bullying, exclusion, and vaping
✅ Build real-world confidence to resist peer pressure
✅ Learn how to support, not silence, their friends
✅ Create campaigns to lead change in their schools and communities

6 month IPO programme

Our goal is to IPO children into successful individuals. Our 6 month programme will bring youths through the journey of empowerment.

Trackable Impact

We measure behavioural shifts, not just attendance.
